FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT
June in Boston!
As the weather gets warmer and the nights get longer, we know you can’t wait to get out of your apartment and experience all there is that Boston has to offer. Below, find some of the great things Boston has to offer all our residents this month!
Take a Stroll
Stroll the streets of all of Boston’s great neighborhoods and get some snacks along the way. Try out the Boston Cupcake Crawl in either Back Bay, South Boston or along Boston Common. Or take a walking tour through Back Bay with the Back Bay Chocolate Walking Tour. Maybe if you do enough laps around the Common, you won’t have to worry about all the extra calories.
Enjoy the Sounds
There are a number of great concerts and shows that are slated for June. Seize the day and see the musical Newsies!. Get your 90’s and 00’s on and check out NKOTB, TLC and Nelly. Enjoy the sweet sounds of Cirque de la Symphonie at Boston Symphony Hall. And don’t worry, we won’t tell if you have tickets to see Barry Manilow
Hit the High Seas
Whether you want to enjoy the Boston skyline or dance the night away, we think doing it while rocking the boat is the only way to do it this summer. Check out Odyssey Cruises for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner Cruises or Spirit of Boston Dinner & Dance Cruise. Sit back and relax on a Sunset Harbor Cruise or Boston Harbor Lighthouse Brunch Cruise. But when in doubt, Boston Duck Tours.
Taste the Town
Swing by Lansdowne Street near Fenway to enjoy Phantom Gourmet Hot Dog Safari. Get tickets for seafood on the high seas with Oyster & Craft Brews Cruise: Sip and Slurp.
From June 26-27, check out Boston Jerk Fest in the South End. It is a family-friendly Caribbean style food festival that features all things jerk hot! We also suggest check out the variety of Feasts and Festivals that take place in June in the North End. Parades and festivals are likely happening each weekend on the narrow streets of the North End. One of our personal favorite Festivals of the Summer is the Scooper Bowl Ice Cream Fest. Now in its 33rd year, Scooper Bowl raises money for the Jimmy Fun to benefit cancer research at Dana-Farber.
And It’s Free!
Free Friday Flicks are back on the Esplanade. Movies start at sundown (around 8:30pm) but co-sponsor WBZ NewsRadio hosts games, giveaways and free food samples starting around 6pm. Come early to the Hatch Shell and stake out your spot on the grass and relax.
And if none of this sparks your interest, we suggest you enjoy our Terrace or Rooftop or the Lawn on D!!!
